Job Description

Under the leadership of the Field Coordinator:

  1. Set clear team goals and deadlines for enumerators.
  2. Oversee day-to-day operations of Team members.
  3. Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  4. Motivate team members
  5. Provide training coaching for enumerators
  6. Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  7. Encourage creativity among team members.
  8. Collation and submission of raw data to the field coordinator.
  9. Ensure safety of team members.

Qualification/Required Skills

  1. Minimum qualifications: BSc/HND/OND in Social Sciences, statistics or in relevant field is required.
  2. Ability to hold a conversation in English and any of the listed local languages.
  • Hausa, Shuwa Arabic, Kanuri, Cibak and Marghi.
  1. Must be Tech savvy.
  2. Ability to use smart phones and laptop comfortably.
  3. Good communication skills
  4. Required: Minimum of 1 years’ experience in coordination and monitoring baseline surveys or relevant field.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft office, MS word, MS excel is required.
  6. Innovative: Thinking outside the box.
  7. Target-driven
  8. Ability to have and manage interpersonal relationships.
  9. Time-management skills
  10. Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently
  11. Ability to work under stressful conditions and to remain flexible and calm under pressure.
